KPN, a Dutch telecom operator announced plans to outsource its human resources and payroll-related functions to LogicaCMG. The financial terms and duration of the contract were not disclosed. The contract, which is expected to be signed by November 1, 2007, will be effective from January 2008.
Under the terms of the proposed agreement, LogicaCMG will be responsible for managing all human resources and payroll-related functions of KPN’s professionals across the Netherlands. In addition, about 60 employees of KPN will be transferred to LogicaCMG as a part of the agreement.
