EquaTerra to acquire Morgan Chambers

Outsourcing advisory firm EquaTerra has bought rival Morgan Chambers and claimed it has become the world's largest firm in the sector. EquaTerra most recently participated in the Unilever deal to outsource or offshore back-office functions such as IT and HR. After the acquisition of Morgan Chambers, it claims it now has about 300 employees around the world...far from the largest advisory firm in the world! Maybe they were referring to weight and not numbers?
